This Disclaimer sets the limits of the vehicle inspection and buyout services of shardlogician.com (LLC), EDRPOU 64273604, Kyiv, Ukraine.

1. Inspection is not a warranty

An inspection is a one-time assessment of a vehicle on the visit date and place. It is not a warranty, guarantee, certification or insurance of quality, roadworthiness, safety, mileage, legal status or future performance, and it creates no duty to repair, replace or compensate.

2. Scope of inspection

Only visible and accessible components are checked, without dismantling, specialist tools or laboratory testing. Hidden, intermittent and internal defects, damage concealed by paint or trim, earlier repairs and items outside the agreed checklist are not covered. The report reflects conditions at the time of the visit; the condition may change afterwards.

3. Buyout offers are conditional

Any price, valuation range or buyout offer shown here is an invitation to negotiate, not a binding offer. It depends on physical inspection, verification of ownership and registration documents, no encumbrances or undisclosed damage, and our confirmation. We may revise or withdraw an offer before a written agreement is signed.

4. No affiliation

We are independent and are not affiliated with, endorsed by or acting as an authorised agent of any vehicle manufacturer, importer, dealer or brand. Brand and model names are used for identification only.

5. Consumer rights and applicable law

Nothing here limits rights that cannot be limited by agreement. We comply with Law of Ukraine No. 675-VIII 'On Electronic Commerce' dated 03 September 2015; Law of Ukraine No. 2297-VI 'On Personal Data Protection' dated 01 June 2010; Law of Ukraine No. 3153-IX 'On Consumer Protection' dated 10 June 2022; Law of Ukraine No. 270/96-VR 'On Advertising' dated 03 July 1996; and Law of Ukraine No. 2704-VIII 'On Ensuring the Functioning of Ukrainian as the State Language' dated 25 April 2019.
