Terms of Service
1. Provider & scope. These terms govern shardlogician.com orders for a used car inspection (150 checkpoints), written dossier, and conditional buyout offer. Provider: shardlogician.com LLC, EDRPOU 64273604. Service area: Ukraine. Under Law of Ukraine No. 675-VIII 'On Electronic Commerce' dated 03 September 2015, full identification and terms are published here.
2. Service. We inspect at 150 checkpoints, produce a dossier, and may make a discretionary buyout offer subject to separate agreement. Advertising is truthful under Law of Ukraine No. 270/96-ВР 'On Advertising' dated 03 July 1996.
3. Ordering & payment. Order via site; contract forms on confirmation. Prices in UAH. Payment methods at checkout. We may cancel for unavailability or errors with full refund.
4. Cancellation & refunds. Cancel before inspection start for full refund. After start, completed work is non-refundable. Refunds within 14 days. Under Law of Ukraine No. 3153-IX 'On Consumer Protection' dated 10 June 2022, you have statutory rights, including court and consumer authority redress.
5. Liability. To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the fee paid. We are not liable for indirect loss. Mandatory consumer rights under Law of Ukraine No. 3153-IX 'On Consumer Protection' dated 10 June 2022 are unaffected.
6. Data. We process personal data and cookies with lawful basis and consent per our Privacy Policy and Law of Ukraine No. 2297-VI 'On Personal Data Protection' dated 01 June 2010.
7. Governing law. Ukrainian law applies; disputes in Ukrainian courts. Consumer info in Ukrainian; foreign-language versions optional per Law of Ukraine No. 2704-VIII 'On Ensuring the Functioning of Ukrainian as the State Language' dated 25 April 2019.
